Hi Bob!

Coffee is a *food group*.  Can't seem to give it up.  Has an almost religious draw for mornings.  I'm done after one cup - granted the cup is 12 ounces...

I *should* give up coffee.  I'm on meds now, and the BP is under control, and I'm eating a TON better, and off beer (treason!)...  but I miss pizza.  and bodington's (believe it or not, my local itty bitty grocery store acutally sells the stuff!).

Oh - and it snowed yesterday too.... damn weather!

So I loose 50 lbs and quit smoking - and my body doesn't seem to know what to do with itself.  Seems I now have a high blood pressure problem and gall bladder issues!

Part of me says I should've kept eatin' and smokin'!

Ah, well - I just gotta figure out (read: get doctor to tell me) what needs to be done...  Hopefully not surgery!

and it snowed *again*...  *sigh* - I'm betting an ice storm is up our alley for this year... (and I bet Rod doesn't miss those! )

I love snow....

To the immense frustration of some acquaintances, it's just not winter without snow.  It'a also not fall without turning leaves, and it's not spring without a bit of mud and little flowers...

I guess I just like change of seasons, eh?  Can you tell it's snowing *again* outside right now..
